Thermoplastics can be used for making things of great complexity that are inconceivable by using other materials. Chair is formed by a single piece of acrylic sheet that is heated and drawn in the vertical direction, giving the impression of a liquefied form. Product comes from the quest for functionality and development of new aesthetic qualities.

Purpose was to simplify the construction process of a piece of furniture suitable for mechanized mass production and all than in a relatively affordable price. Chair’s design also allows stacking in order to optimize logistics related to product’s minimum volume for transportation and storage. The transparent material offers a combination of strength, durability, impact resistance and high dimensional stability.
